A man depicted as a “CAUCASIAN-LOOKING” individual was held after he threw an item over the perimeter walls of the facility. This incident occurred in the morning approximately 10:16 am, April 1, 2015, hence causes a massive security response, lock down of activities at the Embassy and traffic.
