The organizers of ‪‎Sting‬ have dismissed dancehall artiste ‪‎Alkaline‬ as ‘unimportant’ to  their 30 year running show, after the controversial deejay cancelled a scheduled performance at the popular Boxing Day stage show. Son of VP Records founder suing his stepmother (co-founder) for $3million US Dollars

Clive Chin claims that his late father’s music group is licensing songs without permission. The son of a late Jamaican music producer Vincent Chin who worked with Bob Marley is suing his dad’s widow over ownership of songs the producer wrote, according to a Brooklyn federal lawsuit.
